Qualifications requises: 
• Held a previous sustainability role, ideally within commodity trading business, sustainability consultancy or NGO • Good numeracy, analytical and research skills, demonstrable understanding of data collection and traceability • Strong inter-personal, written, and verbal communication skills; experience liaising with various internal and external stakeholders across multiple origins • Good understanding and knowledge about cocoa and spices supply chains • Experience in creating, managing, and implementing project budgets and workplans, as well as reporting to various stakeholders • Knowledge of data management processes, tools and software • Ability to prioritise own workload and take a logical and measured approach to problem solving Postuler sur : https://touton.welcomekit.co/jobs/sustainability-coordinator_lagos

Descriptif du poste: 
Touton Nigeria Ltd (TNL) is seeking a highly motivated Sustainability Coordinator to support and drive the development of the Group’s sustainability agenda for cocoa and ginger in Nigeria. The successful candidate will work under the supervision of both the Managing Director of TNL and the Sustainability Cocoa Manager, based in Bordeaux France. Key Responsibilities: • Supervise and manage the implementation of certification program with cocoa and ginger farmers and farmer’s group • Design operations systems, procedures, and tools for the effective and timely implementation of sustainable and certification activities • Coordinate the timely submission of financial and activity reports to management for clients and donors • Oversee and coordinate data collection activities and liaise with global IT team on the implementation of digital tools & technologies • Contribute to expanding Touton’s sustainability projects and innovations, support in proposal writing and identify new partnership opportunities • Support work on projects: managing relationships with implementing partners, suppliers, head office and other stakeholders • Maintain up to date knowledge, keeping abreast of industry developments, legislation changes and identifying new risks and opportunities, to assist in adapting and furthering the Group’s sustainability agenda in Nigeria
